Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: April 22, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do with StemSolo (the "Service"). It supplements our Terms of Service. Violating this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Prohibited Content
You must not upload, generate, or share content that:
- infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or any other right of a third party;
- you do not own or do not have explicit rights to process;
- is illegal in your jurisdiction or in the United States;
- depicts or sexualizes minors (CSAM) — we report such content to law enforcement;
- is harassing, defamatory, threatening, or hateful;
- contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code embedded in audio metadata or filenames.
2. Prohibited Actions
You must not:
- circumvent technical protection measures, DRM, watermarking, or similar controls on any audio file;
- scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service outside of documented APIs;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, models, or weights from the Service;
- overload, flood, or otherwise abuse our infrastructure (including excessive concurrent jobs designed to degrade service);
- resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs as a competing product without our written consent;
- use the Service to build a competing source-separation product or to train a competing model;
- impersonate another person, share credentials, or operate multiple accounts to evade limits or bans.
3. Reporting Violations
If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights or violates this AUP, you may submit a report to Blair Studios LLC. For copyright complaints, your report must include: identification of the work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.
4. Enforcement
Depending on the severity of a violation, we may:
- issue a written warning;
- remove specific content or jobs;
- temporarily suspend your account;
- permanently terminate your account without refund;
- refer the matter to law enforcement or affected rights holders.
We reserve the right to take any of these actions at our sole discretion when we reasonably believe a violation has occurred.
